Terms of Service
Effective Date: May 16, 2026 · Last Updated: May 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Printhouse Studio, LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Printhouse," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the Printhouse platform at useprinthouse.com and app.useprinthouse.com (the "Service").
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. The Service
Printhouse provides a dedicated AI agent running on isolated cloud infrastructure. Your agent can execute code, read and write files, access the internet, and connect to external services on your behalf. You interact with your agent through a chat interface, file explorer, and terminal.
Key capabilities include:
- A persistent, sandboxed compute environment
- Connected Apps — external accounts and services your agent can act through using credentials you provide
- Scheduled tasks that run automatically without real-time supervision
- Web access — your agent can browse, fetch, and interact with websites and APIs
- A skills marketplace where you can install third-party instruction packages that customize agent behavior
3. Your Agent's Actions; Assumption of Risk
READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY.
Your agent may, depending on how you configure it and what access you grant:
- Execute arbitrary code and shell commands
- Send emails, messages, or other communications through Connected Apps
- Create, modify, or delete content on third-party services (repositories, documents, databases, etc.)
- Access and use credentials and tokens you have provided
- Make requests to any reachable service on the internet
- Process content from external sources (emails, web pages, files) that may contain adversarial or misleading instructions
- Operate on scheduled tasks without your active supervision
You are solely responsible for all actions taken by your agent using access you have granted. This includes unintended actions — communications your agent sends, data it discloses or deletes, code it deploys, and charges it incurs on third-party services. AI systems can misinterpret instructions, hallucinate, produce incorrect outputs, and take unexpected actions. Your agent may also be influenced by adversarial content in emails, web pages, or other external inputs it processes.
You control what access you grant. Each Connected App is a deliberate delegation of authority from you to your agent. Printhouse provides safety infrastructure (sandboxed containers, credential isolation, egress controls) but these do not guarantee your agent will always behave as intended.
4. Your Content
You retain all ownership of content you create, upload, or store using the Service, and of outputs your agent generates at your direction. We claim no ownership.
You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your data or use it to train AI models.
The Service, including the platform, software, and branding, is owned by Printhouse Studio, LLC. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a royalty-free license to use them without compensation.
5. Third-Party Services
Connected Apps interoperate with third-party services (GitHub, Slack, Gmail, etc.). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. Actions your agent takes on those services, and any resulting data loss or disclosure, are governed by those services' own terms. Any claim relating to a third-party service is between you and that third party.
You may install third-party skills from our marketplace that modify your agent's behavior. We do not review, endorse, or guarantee marketplace skills. You are responsible for skills you install and their effects on your agent's actions.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party right
- Generate or distribute illegal content, malware, or content exploiting minors
- Abuse compute resources (cryptocurrency mining, DDoS, large-scale scraping)
- Circumvent platform safety controls, credential isolation, or egress restrictions
- Spam, harass, or send unsolicited communications via Connected Apps
- Access other users' agents, data, or environments
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written consent
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.
7. Payment
The Service may include a free trial period, after which a paid subscription is required. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Usage beyond what is included in your subscription may incur additional charges, which are communicated before purchase.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that your agent will behave as intended or produce accurate outputs, or that actions taken by your agent will be correct or reversible. AI systems can make mistakes. The Service is not a substitute for professional advice.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printhouse Studio, LLC and its members, managers, employees, and contractors ("Printhouse Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill; costs of substitute services; or damages resulting from actions taken by your agent on third-party services, the conduct or output of any AI model, or unauthorized access to your data.
The total aggregate liability of the Printhouse Parties shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).
10. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Printhouse Parties from claims, damages, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, actions taken by your agent using access you granted, your content, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or conduct that poses a risk to the Service or others.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Your workspace data may be deleted after termination.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. The federal and state courts in New York County, New York have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute. Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt informal resolution for at least thirty (30) days.
13. Class-Action Waiver
This section affects your legal rights. You and we each agree that any dispute shall be brought only on an individual basis, not as part of any class, collective, or representative proceeding.
